Use in a UK store

1. Open your delivered HMV e-gift card and keep its code or voucher available.
2. Visit an HMV or Fopp store in the United Kingdom and choose your goods.
3. Present the e-gift card at the till before payment. The purchase amount is deducted from the balance.
4. If the balance does not cover the purchase, pay the difference with another accepted payment method. Any unspent balance stays on the card for a later purchase.
5. Keep the card and receipt. Check the remaining balance on the receipt, at an HMV/Fopp till, or by calling 03333 234 754.

Cannot be used online. Use the card within 24 months of issue or the last purchase/top-up to avoid inactivity expiry and loss of the remaining balance.

UK e-gift card terms

• Redeemable for goods in HMV and Fopp stores in the United Kingdom only. Exclusions may apply. Not valid online.
• Use as full or part payment. If your purchase exceeds the remaining balance, pay the difference using another accepted method. No change is given; unspent funds remain on the card for future purchases. Cards and balances cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The card expires after 24 consecutive months of inactivity, measured from issue or the last purchase or addition of funds. Any balance remaining at expiry is cancelled.
• Gift cards are exempt from HMV and Fopp’s standard returns policies. If goods bought with an e-gift card are exchanged for lower-priced goods, any amount owing may be refunded to a physical gift card.
• Cards are for personal use. Commercial use, including resale, requires the issuer’s prior written consent. Age-restricted goods require proof of the appropriate age.
• Treat the e-gift card as cash. The issuer is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged cards, remaining balances, or funds used without your consent. Cards are not cheque guarantee, credit or debit cards.
• Stores may refuse cards believed to be tampered with, duplicated or fraudulent, and may cancel them. The issuer may amend its terms when reasonable and necessary. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Balance and help

The remaining balance is shown on your purchase receipt. Present your e-gift card at any HMV or Fopp till, or call 03333 234 754, to check it. For help, the issuer lists telephone support Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00.

Tillo digital supply conditions

Tillo offers open values of £10–£250, in £0.01 increments. Its digital issuance is asynchronous, and cancellation is not available. The issuer’s direct activation range of £1–£250 does not change this supplier’s £10 minimum.
